Transport Administrator / Executive
We are looking for a Transport Administrator / Executive to be a part of the Euronox Logistics team. You will be responsible for assisting the Transport Manager with all day to day transportation activities. Helping develop efficient transport operations and optimizing the existing strategies will be a part of your job role. Besides, you should be able to prepare transportation schedules and assign drivers . It is a junior level position, however you will be given training and support to learn and grow in the role.
You will assisting the customer services and coordinating with them for collection and deliveries on a daily basis. In addition, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as preparing shipping documents, reports, assigning drivers on the system for deliveries to depots and collection from customers.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the Transportation team regarding transportation planning and strategies
- Updating records for ensuring systems compliance
- Handling any customer complaints and processing the urgent ones to the Senior Management
- Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods
- Coordinating loading and unloading activities
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments
- Receiving customer requests and bookings
- Assist in planning daily transportation schedules and assigning drivers
- Performing administrative duties such as preparing and maintaining shipment documents, invoices etc.
- Liaising with drivers for smooth movement of goods and materials
- Contribute in developing and implementing new and improved transportation procedures
- Updating freight charges periodically on the systems on receipt of new tariffs.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in the Transportation Department/ Last mile logistics
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
- Familiarity with logistics software to help with daily operations like 3PLs and freight charges
- Knowledge of transportation and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at irregular hours and on holidays, if required
- Ability to coordinate with managers, drivers, and customers
- Quick decision-making ability
- Willingness to learn and take up challenges.
- Familiarity with using GPS and navigation tools.

Commercial / Sales Executive Job Description
The role centres around creating new business opportunities for our busy logistics business. Relationship building and creating meeting opportunities with prospective clients is your key focus. You will be responsible for generating leads by identifying local and national commercial opportunities in the multi-carrier, same day and fulfilment market. A proactive approach will be required through various methods including outbound calls, emails and marketing campaigns, LinkedIn and social media. You will engage with non-trading clients and be confident in overcoming objections. You will support the commercial team with opportunities as required. Once signed you will support with handing over clients to operations team and support with the fulfilment on boarding checklist requirements as guided by the client experience.
The job location is North West London and you will be reporting to the Director

Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in Courier, Distribution or Last Mile deliveries.
